Please open the contract details in the fleet portal and terminate the home charging package under “Packages”. Please inform your driver about the Package expiry date.
Our partner will contact your driver to align on switching the wallbox offline and how to still use it for private purposes.
After termination, the driver cannot authenticate at their home charger any longer with the RFID card. Instead, the charger will work without the DCS RFID card (or accept all cards), and no data will be transmitted from the charger to the fleet portal.
