If you already have created a support ticket and want to add more information, please do not create a new support ticket. Instead, if you want to add further information, please just reply to the confirmation email of the already existing ticket.

Important: Please make sure not to change the subject of the email when replying, as we will not be able to assign your message to the correct ticket.
