Creating multiple contracts at the same time using Bulk Upload

To create multiple contracts at the same time, you can use the Bulk option. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to CONTRACTS.
2. Click on Add Contract, located at the bottom right of the screen. 
3. Click on Bulk Upload and download our template Excel file "Template.xlsx"
4. Please fill out the file and provide following mandatory information:
   • Card Number
   • Fleet Group
   • Cost Center
   • Tariff
   • Customer Type
   • Manager Selection
   • Salutation
   • First and Last Name
   • Email Address
   • Street Name & Number
   • ZIP
   • City
   • Country
5. Please save the file and upload it in the next step.
6. If we find errors in the Excel file, we will provide you with a new Excel file to download, which will indicate any errors in the files.
7. All contracts will then be created as soon as the upload is successful.
