To exchange an RFID card with a new RFID card, please follow the below steps:
1) Block the current RFID card.
2) Remove the current RFID card.
3) Add a new RFID card.
In the following, you will learn how to do it in detail:
- Please go to CONTRACTS.
- Please search for your desired contract.
- Click on the contract number or click on the three dots and then in VIEW CONTRACT.
- A sidebar pops up on the right-hand side.
- On the sidebar, please go to CARD and click on the pencil.
- Click on Block Card and the status of the RFID card will change to WAITING FOR CARD LOCK.
- Once the card is blocked, the status of the RFID card will change to CARD LOCKED.
- Now you can delete the card by clicking the new option Delete Card, if you follow the same previous steps.
- Once the card is deleted, click on Add Card and the replacement card will be activated.
PLEASE NOTE:
- IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 MINUTES FOR THE CARD TO BE BLOCKED BEFORE YOU CAN REMOVE THE CARD.
- IT MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE CARD CAN BE USED AT ALL APPROVED CHARGE POINTS.
